Happy Clients
“After months of being unhappy in my job and not knowing what else I could do, I reached out to Caitlin and joined CareerMe. Caitlin is friendly and warm; she is so easy to talk to and really cared about trying to help me get out of my career rut.
I started with the DISC assessment, the results were mind blowing! It nailed me to a tee; I was so surprised. Going through the debrief with Caitlin was great, she made me see a different perspective of the areas where I thought were just negatives about myself, she spun them round and made me see how they were actually positive and how to use them to my advantage. The website is easy to use, no lengthy videos or pages of reading. My favourite parts were the tools for polishing up my CV and all the help for potential interviews.”

It’s no secret that CareerMe is an investment in you, so it does take a bit of time and work. The timing will vary, depending on:
a)How quickly you want to get to that new dream career… For instance, if you’re super keen then let’s get started! We can schedule in your debrief, coaching sessions as soon as you like. If you’re wanting to take a slower pace and fit in around the busyness in your life, we can cater to that too.
b)If you have coaching sessions or opt for extra sessions (1 hour each).
-
During our time working together, we can schedule in any coaching sessions or you can ask any questions via email. Of course, we’d love to hear from you outside of this timeframe, and can book further coaching sessions in the future as well.
-
Upon completion of one of the CareerMe options, you can purchase as many coaching sessions as you like.
-
Of course! We establish a great professional relationship throughout the program. We love to hear from clients and keep abreast of what you’re doing and if we can help further.
-
We can certainly help steer you in the right direction with further coaching sessions and support.
-
Upon completion of the program, you can purchase as many coaching sessions as you like. They cost $150 per session for 1 hour each.
-
This will be a different answer for everybody, for some it will be none! However, we do supply the option for follow-up coaching sessions, so you know there is additional support, if you need it.
-
This is referring to the DISC / Driving Forces questionnaire. It is not a test or an assessment, rather it is a series of questions, that, as long as you answer as honestly as possible, will be true for you. With that said, it’s important to answer as close to true to you as possible, not thinking about who you might want to be or who you used to be.
The powerful part of this questionnaire comes in the debrief (my follow-up session with you) where we interpret and question the results and look at how this fits into your preferences, work choices and behaviour – which is the exciting stuff! You will quickly know if it’s not true to you, and we can discuss further.
However, 95% of participants find that the report is indicative of them (even if it surprises them!) if they answer questions honestly. Caitlin does not see your responses, and hence there is no judgement from her end, she only sees the report, and uses her accreditation and training to analyse and make sense of the findings, which turns into a hearty discussion.
-
Yes, the program will take an investment from you, but you can take it in small chunks at a time, schedule any coaching sessions around your busy life, and we will check in to motivate you along.
-
The purpose of CareerMe is not for us to tell you what you must do, rather it is a way to find out, through research, conversation and learning, what might work for you with actionable steps. Ultimately, you need to be happy with this before going further. We won’t stop until you have a grin on your face when simply thinking about and planning your new dream career.
