Meet CareerMe’s coach, Caitlin
My passion for career development began in the classroom as a high school teacher, where I loved helping students explore their future pathways, career goals, and study options.
That passion led me to complete a Master of Education (Guidance and Counselling) and a Certificate IV in Career Development, before moving into higher education. Along the way, I became an Accredited DISC & Driving Forces provider and eventually founded CareerMe.
Today, I work with a wide range of clients - from high school students and university graduates to professionals, business owners, and executives. I also have extensive experience supporting people with disabilities, career changers, and those navigating significant life or work transitions.
My approach is practical, supportive, and down-to-earth. I combine current industry knowledge with personalised guidance to help people gain clarity, build confidence, and take the next step in their career journey.
