Meet CareerMe’s coach, Caitlin
My passion for career development began in the classroom as a high school teacher, where I loved helping students explore their future pathways, career goals, and study options.
That passion led me to complete a Master of Education (Guidance and Counselling) and a Certificate IV in Career Development, before moving into higher education and eventually founding CareerMe.
Today, I work with a wide range of clients—from high school students and university graduates to professionals, business owners, and executives. I also have extensive experience supporting people with disabilities, career changers, and those navigating significant life or work transitions.
My approach is practical, supportive, and down-to-earth. I combine current industry knowledge with personalised guidance to help people gain clarity, build confidence, and take the next step in their career journey.

Deep dive and find your career match

While most career conversations start with 'what do you like doing?' or 'what are you good at?' the scientifically-backed DISC and Driving Forces Questionnaire and debrief skips this and gets right to the heart of your deep communication, behavioural and working styles.
We will be able to make connections around the ways that you act, such as how you handle conflict, whether you are better placed in technical roles or big-picture thinking spaces, even down to whether you need to work somewhere where there's a window in the office.

You will be sent a link to complete the DISC / Driving Forces Assessment, which will take around 15 minutes.
Caitlin then interprets the results, and prepares for our consultation, which can take place either face-to-face or via Teams.
We spend 1.5 hours (yes - it's in-depth) discussing your results, and making connections between your intrinsic motivators, personality traits, strengths and desires and how these might fit into future careers.
Caitlin will then use her career training and expertise to recommend suitable jobs or industries and send a detailed report. This report will include DISC, Driving Forces results and suitable industry/job recommendations, via email.

Package 1: DISC & Driving Forces Profile

The DISC / Driving Forces questionnaire and personalised profile report.
A 90-minute one-on-one debrief session with Caitlin to unpack your results and explore how they show up in your work and life.
A comprehensive follow-up report with tailored suggestions for potential industries, key strengths, and ideal work styles - sent to you after your session.
Package 2: DISC Profile + Coaching Session
Take your insights one step further with personalised career planning support.
This package includes:
The DISC / Driving Forces questionnaire, profile, and detailed report.
A 90-minute debrief session with Caitlin, including tailored suggestions for industries and work styles.
A comprehensive follow-up report with tailored suggestions for potential industries, key strengths, and ideal work styles - sent to you after your session.
A 60-minute follow-up coaching session to create practical action steps towards achieving your career goals.
(Saving of $25 off the coaching session when packaged with the DISC profile).

Coaching sessions or written review work costs $150 per hour.
Employment supports for NDIS participants

Supports include:
Meetings with NDIS support co-ordinators, family and clients, listening to desires and creating a plan of action.
Assistance in preparing (and writing, if necessary, depending on disability) application documents.
Liaison with industry to find suitable jobs and make applications on the client's behalf.
Assistance in interviewing supports and adjustments as well as work arrangements to ensure success of client undertaking work.
Any NDIS reporting.
Plan-managed or Self-managed participants welcome.
Group workshops available.
